Just a quick peek inside our off-grid life to show how the greenhouse is already feeding our family—one harvest at a time. Yesterday we picked fresh serrano peppers for Dano’s famous Pad Thai, and today it’s homegrown basil for homemade pizza. It’s a joy to watch our hard work turn into real food for the people we love.
