We’re entering a new and joyful season at the JDK Ranchette; our daughter, son-in-law, five grandchildren, and their two pups have officially joined us on the ranch! Life just got a whole lot busier… and a whole lot more beautiful.
In this short update, we walk you through what’s growing and what’s coming next: Our greenhouse is thriving A 20′ x 5′ raised bed and in-ground bed are already starting to produce We’re now turning our attention to a 90′ x 70′ circular space — our future medicinal garden We’re dreaming big: rain catchment systems, drip irrigation, and native plants like juniper, pinyon pine, mesquite, elderberry, and a wide array of medicinal herbs, flowers, and shrubs that can thrive at our 5,600’ elevation in northeast Arizona.
